An important fact: the start of work on the creation of a new website coincided with the global rebranding of the company and the introduction of a new line of SVOE beer. Therefore, we had to wait a little for the new logo and corporate identity to be ready, and then new labels for all products. Work process The entire development process was divided into successive stages: marketing research, prototyping, design, layout, programming and product testing. For most of the project, marketing specialists were responsible for communication and preliminary approval on the Client’s side. Throughout the entire period of collaboration, they provided all the necessary information. To build the site, we chose a self-developed CMS - WEZOM 4.0, which made it possible to conveniently manage all blocks of the project. At the programming stage, we saved exactly all the URL pages of the old site, which allowed us to avoid the risks of a drop in traffic when replacing the site. Difficulties the team faced The start of the project coincided with the rebranding. A large quantity and poor quality of communications. On the Client’s side there were marketers, on ours there were SEO specialists who were promoting the current website. The design stage was the longest and most labor-intensive.
